He served as President and General Manager of a multi-million dollar professional contracting firm as well as general superintendent with responsibilities for Estimating, Budgeting, Project Management and Documentation, and Safety. Don has twenty-three years of construction management experience. His past projects include single and multi-family housing construction, roof replacement, ADA compliance modification, swimming pool construction, boiler replacement, fire station construction, window replacement, building moving, aircraft hangar construction, educational facilities renovations, feasibility studies, facility planning, site planning, landscape construction, and site work. Jeffrey Seyez
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Jeff has over ten years experience residential and commercial construction. He has been assisting our Project Managers for the past three years with all the projects for the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA). His responsibilities are to prepare for meetings, update websites, prepare change order logs, budget revision logs, and prepare Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) review forms, and much more. Jeff is a valuable asset to the Team because of his experience and knowledge with all the behind-the-scenes document requirements for the projects to keep the Team informed every step of the way. Steven Boucher, CS
SENIOR CLERK OF WORKS
Steve brings thirty plus years in construction serving as a tradesman, foreman, and on-site Clerk of Works. His tenure as the Clerk of Works was served in retail construction both new and open store renovations and renovations of occupied multi-unit housing. Steve's extensive knowledge and experience is the key that has made him successful working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. Steve knows how to bring a Team together with continuous communication. He understands blueprints and specifications, written progress reports, and maintains all records accurately. MORE

 

Debra JA Miller, CS
OFFICE MANAGER
Debby has over forty years of experience in Office Administration. Duties inducing project management and contracting firms involved with public and private funded construction projects. Preparation of Federal and State tax compliance documentation, Payroll record keeping, general ledger accounting, maintaining accurate records on all aspects of the projects, accurately managing all company records, and knowledge of AutoCAD program.
