As Owner's Project Manager for this Massachusetts School Building Authorities (MABA) funded Accelerated Repair Program, we were instrumental in spearheading the entire effort by having the Team "Architect, Owner, and Contractors" complete the work so that the children would attend school as scheduled. This effort was dependent on many workers, as well as our staff, working extra shifts including weekends and nights to accomplish the Goal. We provided design solutions, opinions, and options to the Team for time saving means and methods, which resulted in Phase 1 opening on time and on budget.
