As Owner's Project Manager for this Massachusetts School Building Authorities (MSBA) funded Core project, we interacted with the Design Team from the very outset providing plan review, budget assessments, and MSBA applications. We provided a Uni-format level 3 estimate as well as plan review which allowed this major project to be completed on

time and under budget. Children were in school as scheduled after 11 months of intense construction effort by the contractor.
