As General Contractors, we completed this public bid project on time and on budget. The work included complete removal and replacement of existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components.
We also had to provide new room layouts, partitioning, doors, hardware and complete finishes to walls, trim, ceiling, and flooring while the building remained in operation.
